ACCESSIBILITY

Happy should not come with barriers.

Hard Earned Happy is being built toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the storefront, account experience, support, and connected checkout.

Our current accessibility standard

The site uses semantic structure, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, descriptive text alternatives, labeled forms, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support. The Accessibility button also offers larger text, higher contrast, and reduced motion without requiring a paid overlay.

Representative storefront, product, cart, support, policy, and account paths are reviewed for document structure, accessible names, form labels, alternative text, keyboard operation, focus handling, zoom and responsive reflow. Third-party checkout and connected services are retested after material integration changes.

Third-party services

Shopify checkout and connected payment, fulfillment, loyalty, and support services remain part of the accessibility review. If a third-party service creates a barrier, contact Happy Help for an effective alternative while we work to correct it.

Ongoing maintenance

Accessibility is checked when layouts, products, media, forms, or integrations change. Product imagery receives meaningful alternative text; decorative imagery stays hidden from assistive technology; and accessibility feedback enters the same owner-visible support record as other guest issues.

Storefront review updated September 2, 2026. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification.
